Sant Martí de la Corriu hermitage
Sant Martí de la Corriu is a Romanesque hermitage located in the town of Guixers, concretely in La Corriu village.
It was built in the 11th century, but over the years it has been remodelled, with some mutilations and add-ons. On the northern side, a chapel, a sacristy and a bell tower were added. We must emphasise the gothic gateway which preserves the ironwork of the Romanesque gateway yet, that nowadays is in the Museum – Interpretation Centre of la Vall de Lord because it was stolen in 2004 and afterwards recovered.
